We are Karen and Noëlle. Two women who have spent more than a decade inside the world of eco-development in Mexico, not observing from the outside, but living it from the inside.
We have sold land. We have lived in eco-communities. We have sat in the rooms where decisions are made and watched projects lose their coherence between the vision and the execution.
That experience is not our backstory. It is our method.
We left the conventional real estate model not because it didn't work, but because it wasn't enough. Selling a vision is easy. Delivering it is where most projects fail.
